Privacy notice

AgentList is designed to collect only what a launch list needs. Creators control their participant data; AgentList provides the hosting and processing services described here.

What we collect

Creators provide an email address and project settings. Participants provide an email, optional name, optional custom fields, and an optional marketing-consent choice. Public pages use cookieless, first-party analytics; raw IP addresses are not stored.

How long we keep it

Analytics events are retained for the project's configured period, from 30 to 365 days. Delivery logs are kept for 180 days. Soft-deleted participant data is purged after 30 days, subject to anonymized referral history. Audit logs are retained for two years.

Your choices

Participants can verify, view their status, unsubscribe from updates, or request deletion from links in their email. Creators can export and delete their project data.

Important limits

AgentList is not intended for payment-card data, protected health information, or data from children under 13. We do not sell participant data or run third-party ad tracking. Data and inference residency guarantees are not offered.
