Terms of use

Use AgentList for legitimate launch-list and waitlist collection. You are responsible for your project copy, consent language, endpoint configuration, and compliance with the laws that apply to your audience.

Do not use AgentList for

• Payments, billing, credits, boosts, or financial workflows.
• Payment-card data, protected health information, or data from children under 13.
• Unsolicited messaging, list buying, or data resale.
• Private-agent, local-network, or MCP connectivity claims.

Participant rights

Participants can view their status, unsubscribe from updates, or delete their data. A creator may block or delete a submission. Referral credits already granted to another participant are retained as anonymized history.

Service limits

ChatGPT Sites is the hosting runtime. Public publishing, usage limits, email delivery, and provider availability may affect service. AgentList documents request-driven work where the runtime does not provide a background worker.
