Signed delivery

Each delivery carries a stable event id and timestamped HMAC signature over the exact raw JSON body. Respond with any 2xx within ten seconds.

Retries

Failed deliveries retry at 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, and 12 hours. After six attempts the delivery is exhausted and remains visible in the log.
